  • Split, level and prepare a sponge cake.
  • Professionally prepare your sponge with crumb coat.
  • Cover your cake with sugarpaste for a perfect finish.
  • Which paste to use and the differences.
  • Make and finish a hand shaped floppy bow.
  • Decorate your cake in a dotty pattern.

 

You will take home your boxed finished sponge cake. All equipment and ingredients are included. We'll give you full notes for you to take home. All you need to bring is an apron.
