Do you share our love of all things cupcake? Do you long to know the insider secrets to sugar flowers, swirls and sprinkles? Do you want to help us rid the world of boring baked goods, one cupcake at a time?!
Now you can! We’re in Hagley, which is in The Midlands, slap bang in the centre of England, about 11 miles South West of Birmingham, easy to get to by motorway, train and plane. We’d love to welcome you to Blue Door Bakery HQ for a cupcake class, to have a nose around the kitchen and learn some tricks of the trade, while getting your paws on some of our finest sprinkles.
Why come on a cupcake course with us? Good question! If you’re going to spend some hard earned cash on a class you want to know you’re paying for an expert right? That’s where we come in! Last year alone we baked 20,000 cupcakes and we have now taught well over 1,000 cupcake fans how to pipe the perfect swirl. We know what we’re talking about and have answered every cupcake question you can think of. You can read some of the lovely things previous students have said about us at the bottom of this page.

These workshops often sell out very quickly, so if you’re after a specific date, please book quick smart. Much as we’d love to, we can’t squeeze any extras in one we’re sold out, even if you’re really, really small. You are more than welcome to book a single place on our workshops, we’re really very friendly, so don’t worry about coming on your own. However, if a number of you would like to attend and use the occasion as a hen party, birthday party or just an excuse to learn something new together, we can arrange a different date with a workshop all of your own, feel free to get in touch.
