Obsessed by cupcake baking and decorating but want to take it to the next level? This is a great workshop for really making your cupcakes stand out from the crowd.

You’ll learn how to make a whole variety of floral cupcakes, using various techniques and methods.

They are super effective used together as in our mixed box that you’ll take home or when used dotted into larger displays for some added ‘wow’ factor!

During the day you spend with us, (10.30am until about 3.30pm) we will…

- Make detailed and delicate decorations working with florist paste. Including blossoms for our favourite ‘Cherry Blossom’ cupcake.

- Making beautiful, extra large florist paste cut roses.

- Making minature daffodil and rosebud bouquets.

- Piping grass for some minature garden cupcakes!

- Creating delicate sunflowers or gerberas.

- Shaping minature arum lily bunches for your cupcake tops.

- Perfecting those gorgeously smooth sugar paste cupcake tops, for the ultimate elegant finish.

- A chance to have all of your baking questions, dilemmas and design questions answered by us from the benefit of our extensive cupcake experience!

You’ll get hands-on and decorate 12 cupcakes (that we’ve baked for you in advance) to take home, using the decorations you’ve designed and made and the techniques you’ve learnt to create the ultimate selection of stylish cupcakes.
